Growers and Seasonal Workers

Seasonal work for cane haulout drivers is available from June to December each year. Cane haulout drivers operate high horsepower, air-conditioned tractors towing hydraulically operated tipping trailers with a gross vehicle mass of greater than nine (9) tonnes.

For Growers:

if you are looking for haulout operators,click on the Growers Contact Form and complete the relevant fields. Your request will be sent to the Administrator and your name will be added to the Growers List.on the CANEGROWERS Mackay website.

For seasonal workers:

if your are seeking employment in the sugar cane harvest, click on the Workers Contact Form and complete the required fields. Your request will be directed to the Administrator and your name will be added to the Growers List on the CANEGROWERS Mackay website.

For both Growers and workers, your name will also be placed on the Notice Board in the foyer at CANEGROWERS Mackay.
